To get access to the administrative Console, you'll need to enter a different URL in your browser based on your region and subscription. We currently have five (5) different environments that customers have access to:

Please Note: These are physically distinct environments running in different data centers around the world. Credentials that work in one, will not work in the other unless they have been manually updated to match each other.
To login and gain access, you'll need to have your Customer ID, Username and Password handy. If you do not know these values, please contact support.
As a security precaution, if there has been no activity for 30 minutes while you are logged in, your active session will be terminated and you will be automatically logged out. This 30 minute setting is global parameter, shared by all of our customers and it cannot be configured on a per customer basis. If your organization supports browser cookies and your computer is not shared with others, you can use the "Remember Me" function on the login screen. This will keep your login session regardless of how long your session is, whether or not you close your browser, and even if you restart your computer. Please keep in mind, however, that this is cookie based. So if you clear your cookies, any/all sessions will be immediately terminated and you will be logged out of the Console.
