If you have been set up to be a User Admin in the Console, you have the ability to reset other users' passwords. To reset a user's password, follow the simple steps below:
- Navigate to the "Users" section of the "Settings" screen and click the name or email of the user for the password you'd like to reset.
- On the user's detail screen, click "Action Menu" and then click "Reset Password".
- When the modal appears, confirm the action by clicking "Reset Password".
