Update

  • Continued focus on improving performance across the entire application

  • Updated the item search results page to add pagination for results, replacing the 'Load More' option currently in place

  • Updated the 'Copy Items to Other Meeting' option from the pre-meeting menu - this feature will now take a copy of the items from the source meeting and create a new item on the destination meeting, instead of placing the original item on both meetings

  • Minor UI enhancements to the Committee Manager admin area

  • Enhancements were made to the Live Meeting Speakers tab to expand the usable scrolling space and remove wasted dead space in the speaker lists

Bugfix

  • Resolved an issue in the meetings portal where the meeting document menu was overlapped across the public options dialog if both were opened together
  • Resolved an issue in meeting video creation where a meeting video could not be created until Zoom had been enabled and disabled
  • Resolved an issue in workflow where replacing a system document was incorrectly updating a secondary system document
  • Resolved an issue in meeting video where the YouTube start time was not reflecting the meeting start time from PrimeGov
  • Resolved an issue in scanning attachments where only the first page of the scanned document was appearing in PrimeGov
  • Resolved an issue in workflow where content controls were updated incorrectly
  • Resolved an issue in meeting cut off dates where the user was prompted to save changes when no change was made
  • Resolved an issue in attachment sorting where the attachments were not following the order of upload fully and were incorrectly always placing the system documents at the top
  • Resolved an issue in workflow where documents flagged as confidential did not retain the confidential flag in some instances
  • Resolved initial issues with OneDrive integration where errors appeared when attempting to open the system document from OneDrive
  • Resolved an issue with sequential numbering where the number was not resetting correctly at the start of the year when that option is selected
  • Resolved an issue in forms where an error unresponsive message was appearing when the form was submitted
  • Resolved an issue in forms where an input string format error was appearing when the form was submitted
  • Resolved an issue in the workflow tasks list page where long department names truncated in the filter drop down did not display the full name on hover
  • Resolved an issue in the System Log > Log Item where the breadcrumbs provided on the page were incorrect
  • Resolved an issue in Live Meeting voting where voting results were not showing in all items until the page was refreshed after the vote was saved
  • Resolved an issue with the Laserfiche integration where the connection was dropping shortly after the initial connection was made
  • Resolved an issue in the Live Meeting text editor where the word 'constructor' was removed when followed by a space
  • Resolved an issue in Committee Manager where punctuation, for example an apostrophe, in the position name prevented the position from being advertised generally, a similar issue with advertising the next position is still in progress
